- Data and research use: the dataset is CC BY 4.0; see the data page. We are glad to answer questions about fields and calculations.
- Providers: you may submit corrections to your listing on the same terms as any reader. Submissions are verified against your public page. We do not accept payment for placement or review.
What we cannot do
We cannot give medical advice, tell you whether a medication is right for you, or help with an order, refund or account at a provider. For those, contact the provider directly or a licensed clinician.
