Cheapest GLP-1 Providers Online in 2026: Semaglutide and Tirzepatide Ranked by True Cost

The lowest-cost GLP-1 telehealth providers across both medications, ranked by 12-month all-in cost. Semaglutide is the cheaper molecule at most providers; this page shows where the gap is worth it and where it is not.

Semaglutide first, because it is cheaper

Every provider in our database that offers both molecules prices compounded semaglutide below compounded tirzepatide, usually by $20 to $40 per month. Semaglutide's active ingredient costs pharmacies less and its labeled doses are smaller. So the cheapest GLP-1 plan online is, at every provider, the semaglutide plan, and this page ranks semaglutide plans first.

That does not make it the right choice for everyone. Tirzepatide produced about 47% more weight loss in the only head-to-head trial (SURMOUNT-5); semaglutide has the completed cardiovascular outcome trial (SELECT) and an FDA indication to show for it. A patient choosing on price alone should know what the price buys. The tirzepatide ranking covers the other molecule with the same method.

The cheapest semaglutide plan in the database

The lowest verified semaglutide totals are Sunlight's advertised $88 per month (assuming it holds at every dose, which the site does not state) and Trimi's $99 per month annual prepay; the lowest with no flags is NexLife's 12-month plan at $119 per month, all-inclusive and flat across doses, or $1,428 for the year; month-to-month it is $139. The lowest tirzepatide price is the same provider's 12-month plan at $139, or $1,668. Other providers that advertise semaglutide for less than $100 in the first month — several exist — do so on a starting-dose price with a separate membership, and we have not yet verified a maintenance-dose true monthly cost under $100 anywhere. When we do, it will appear here, because the ranking is computed, not chosen.

What to check before you buy the cheapest plan

  • The price at your maintenance dose. If the provider's price depends on dose, ask for the 2.4 mg (semaglutide) or 15 mg (tirzepatide) price and add the membership.
  • The term. The lowest rates usually require a 6- or 12-month plan. Know what you pay if you stop early.
  • Cancellation. Notice periods and refund rules differ; our cancellation comparison has the details.
  • The pharmacy. Confirm it is licensed in your state; our 503A vs 503B guide explains what to look for.

The ranked list below is computed from the database and ordered by 12-month all-in cost for semaglutide. Providers that offer semaglutide but whose prices are not yet verified follow it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest GLP-1 medication online?

Compounded semaglutide is cheaper than compounded tirzepatide at every provider that offers both. The lowest verified all-in price in our database is $119 per month for semaglutide on NexLife's 12-month plan ($1,428 per year); the corresponding tirzepatide price is $139 ($1,668 per year).

Is cheaper semaglutide worth the smaller weight loss?

In SURMOUNT-5, tirzepatide produced 20.2% mean weight loss versus 13.7% for semaglutide at 72 weeks. At NexLife the tirzepatide premium is $240 per year. Whether the additional 6.5 percentage points is worth $20 per month is a clinical and personal judgment; semaglutide also has the completed cardiovascular outcome trial (SELECT).

Do any providers charge less than $100 per month?

Advertised starting prices below $100 exist (for example Mochi Health's $90 lowest-dose tirzepatide price), but they exclude a separate membership and rise with dose. We have not verified any provider whose true monthly cost at maintenance dose is below $100.
