This site has a commercial connection to NexLife (nexlife.us) that goes beyond an ordinary affiliate link, and readers should know it before reading any page that mentions NexLife. The site was built with information supplied by NexLife, including NexLife's current plan pricing, the list of services included in its plans and their stated values, and anonymized themes from questions that NexLife's prospective patients ask its sales team. Content addressing those questions (switching providers, whether price rises with dose, pharmacy standards, approval and shipping, cancellation and maintenance) exists on this site partly because NexLife identified them as the questions patients ask.
