GLP-1 True-Cost Calculator: Advertised Price vs 12-Month All-In Cost

Enter any provider's advertised price, maintenance-dose price, membership, shipping and consultation fee and see the true monthly cost and 12-month total. Preloaded with every verified plan in our database.

What the calculator does

It takes the five numbers that determine what a GLP-1 plan costs — starting price, maintenance-dose price, membership, shipping, and any one-time consultation fee — and computes the true monthly cost at maintenance dose and the 12-month total, using the same arithmetic as the site's methodology. Choosing a provider from the list prefills the fields from our database, with the verification status shown, so you can check our figures or adjust them if a provider's page has changed.

How to use it against a provider's page

Open the provider's pricing page next to this tool. Enter the price shown at the starting dose. Find the price at the highest dose tier (for tirzepatide, 12.5 or 15 mg; for semaglutide, 2.4 mg) — if the provider does not publish one, that is worth knowing. Add the membership fee if it is billed separately, shipping if it is not included, and any consultation fee. The 12-month total that results is the number to compare across providers, and it is the number our rankings use.

Reading the result

The advertised price is what the provider wants you to compare. The true monthly cost at maintenance is what you will pay from about month four. The 12-month total is what a year costs. If the gap between the first and third numbers is large, the provider's price structure is designed to look cheaper than it is. If the gap is zero, the provider is flat-rate and all-inclusive.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the calculator ask for a maintenance-dose price?

Because at dose-based providers the price you pay from month four onward is the top-tier price, not the starting price. If your provider charges the same at every dose, enter the same number in both fields.

What does the titration months field do?

It sets how many months are billed at the starting price before the maintenance price applies. Our published rankings use 3, which is conservative; the tirzepatide label reaches 10 mg at month four and 15 mg at month six.
